Machined from solid blocks of aluminum and built like no other fight stick on the market. The Panzer Fight Stick 5 is a three-piece precision-engineered chassis designed for strength, modularity, and a clean premium aesthetic.

The Panzer Fight Stick 5 is the realization of a plan that started in 2016 while floating around the Pacific Ocean on deployment—build a complete Panzer Fight Stick machined entirely from solid aluminum and anodize it. After several iterations, false starts, and lessons learned, the PFS5 is the culmination of nearly a decade of refinement.
The chassis (frame), top panel, and bottom panel fit together in a strong, robust assembly that requires no additional internal supports—unlike hollow plastic fight sticks that rely on large circular structural reinforcements inside the shell.
Why Solid Aluminum?
Construction Details
Front Panel
6× 24mm holes for Start, Select, Home, L3, R3, and TP Click buttons. USB passthrough housing is recessed into the case with #4-40 threads—no surround needed for a clean finish.
Top Panel
Sold separately for full layout flexibility. 4× internal PCB mounting points (PS360+, Brook, IPFB, etc.) with included #4-40 screws. Lever mounting points available on lever-based panels.
Bottom Panel
4× rubber feet and 2× 1/4" recessed pads for grip and stability. Secured with 6× M4 stainless steel screws that also serve as assembly attachment points. Do not omit the feet screws.
Plexi Overlay
Required for assembly. Fits into the top panel for a nearly seamless finish. Printed plexi is highly recommended and $20 off when purchased with the chassis.

We recommend screw-in buttons for the Panzer Fight Stick 5. The overall thickness of the chassis is a bit extreme for snap-in buttons. You will need 6× 24mm buttons for the front panel.
Wiring
The chassis comes with the base EZ Wiring Hat, interconnect wires to the MX panel, and connection wires to your fighting board. Your MX Panel (sold separately) includes its own wiring to connect the panel EZ Build PCB to the front buttons. Simple, organized, and clean.
